Inhouse Mentoring Program

Match minds, share the knowledge!

Mission

Since 2004, when Simon & Schuster launched a formalized mentoring program, our mission has been to expand knowledge and experience by providing an opportunity for the exchange of ideas and perspectives between employees at different levels, backgrounds and cultures. This program was created to mentor Simon & Schuster employees by employees.

Vision

Match business leaders with junior colleagues — who need caring role models in their lives — a caring leader, coach and supporter who can help expand their horizons and envision a brighter future.
